Ingredients
- 1/2 cup favorite salsa
- 1/4 cup light sour cream
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 1 - chopped onion
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 pound ground turkey breast
- 2 large plum tomatoes, diced
- 1 - 14 oz can kidney beans, drained
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 8 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded mexican cheese
How To Make healthy taco salad

Step 1In lg bowl, combine salsa and sour cream, mix well. Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey, onion and garlic untill fully cooked.

Step 2Add tomatoes, beans, cumin and chili powder. Cook, astirring for 3 mins. Remove skillet from heat. Stir in parsley and 1/4 cup salsa mix.

Step 3Add lettuce to remaining salsa mix, toss to coat. Divide lettuce mix among 4 plates and top w/ turkey mix. Sprinkle w/ cheese.
