Ingredients

  • 1 - 8 oz pkg baked tortilla chips
  • 1 pound ground turkey breast
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 - 16 oz can refried beans
  • 2 cups reduced-fat, shredded mexican-style cheese
  • 1 - 2-1/4 oz can sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 - 4 oz can chopped green chiles, drained
  • 3/4 cup spicy salsa
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1 - scallion, thinly sliced

How To Make healthy grande nacho bake

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 400. Place chips in a mound on a 12" pizza pan. In lg skillet, over med-high heat, brown ground turkey breast.
  • Step 2
    Stir in taco seasoning and beans. Cook 5 mins. Spoon mix over chips.
  • Step 3
    Top w/ cheese, olives and chiles evenly. Bake 10 mins, or until cheese is melted. Top w/ salsa, sour cream and scallions.
