How to Make Garbanzo Breakfast
1In a non stick pan add oil to medium-hi heat. Drain the juice out of the garbanzo beans can, rinse them off and add them to the pan and let cook for about 5 min.
2add the tomato, onion, jalapeno, and salt and pepper to the pan and saute for 2 min or so.
3in a plate whisk eggs together and then add to the pan.
4once eggs are cooked turn off the flame and add the cheese on top of garbanzos and put a lid on it until cheese is melted.
5once cheese is melted sprinkle cilantro for garnish.
6we usually serve it with a side re-fried beans,corn tortilla, and salsa. Hope you guys enjoy it.
