This is a great salsa / salad addition, I love it!

  • 1 can(s)
    corn (drained)
  • 1 can(s)
    black beans (drained/rinsed)
  • 1
  • 1
    jalapeno (or seranno)
  • 1 bunch
    cilantro (add to taste)
  • ?
    salt / pepper to taste
  • ?
    cili powder and cumin powder to taste
  • ? dash(es)
    red wine vinegar and olive oil

How to Make Fiesta Salad for Tacos


  1. Mix all of the above for a nice corn/black bean salad on lettuce!
  2. Brown some ground beef with chili powder.
  3. Fry up some corn tortilla's to crispy / soft then drain well.
  4. In crispy taco shells, put in Ground Beef, the Corn/Black Bean Relish/salad, some lettuce and Avocado and some grated Cheddar/Jack cheese...(add Sour Cream too if you like - we're on a diet, and no non-fat SC here...:-) YUMMY! Even w/out Sour Cream!
