Ingredients

  • 1 pound hambuger meat
  • 1 - small onion,chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt,pepper,garlic powder
  • 1 can chopped green chiles
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 package round white corn chips
  • 8 ounces grated chedder cheese

How To Make enchillada supper

  • Step 1
    brown meat,onion in large skillet,drain,add soups,sauce,chiles, salt,pepper,garlic heat well
  • Step 2
    layer bottom of large casserole dish with part of meat mixture,add layer of chips,layer of cheese,repeat 3 times,top with cheese,
  • Step 3
    bake for 25 mins. at 350,and enjoy,add a salad,and you got supper Hunny:)
