Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can mexican style corn
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 box jiffy corn bread mix
How To Make corn bread pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Step 2Brown hamburger, green pepper and onion. Drain.

Step 3Combine soup, water, corn, chili powder and salt. Add drained hamburger mixture.

Step 4Place mixture in large, cast iron skillet or 9x13 pan.

Step 5Mix cornbread or directed on box.

Step 6Pour prepared cornbread mix over hamburger mixture.

Step 7Bake 30 minutes or until cornbread is done.
