This is an old family fav, and I am sure I made it at least once a week at their request. It's rich and delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 large can ortega whole green chiles
- 1 pound monterey jack cheese grated
- 1 pound cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 - eggs beaten
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cans tomato sauce
How To Make chile con queso

Step 1Seed and devein chiles, tearing in strips. Layer cheeses and chiles in 1 1/2 qt casserole 3 times until all used.

Step 2Mix together well, beaten eggs, can milk, and flour. Pour mixture over layers and bake 45 min at 375 deg. 15 min before done pour 2 cans tomato sauce over top.

Step 3Let sit for 5 min before serving.
