Ingredients

  • 1/2 - green bell pepper
  • 1 - red bell pepper
  • 1/2 - yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 - onion
  • 2 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeno
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegarette dressing
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil, light
  • 2 tablespoons feta cheese
  • 1 package fajita dry mix
  • 4 - chicken breasts
  • 4 - whole wheat tortillas

How To Make chicken fajitas

  • Step 1
    Dice up all the veggies and chicken. Saute veggies in 2 tbsp.olive oil and balsamic vinegar until tender. In a different pan pour remaining olive oil and cook sliced chicken with fajita mix for about 10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Warm tortillas, place ingredients on top- spirinkle a little feta and some sour cream if you like AND your ready for the yums!
