Ingredients
- 1/2 - green bell pepper
- 1 - red bell pepper
- 1/2 - yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 - onion
- 2 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeno
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegarette dressing
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, light
- 2 tablespoons feta cheese
- 1 package fajita dry mix
- 4 - chicken breasts
- 4 - whole wheat tortillas
How To Make chicken fajitas

Step 1Dice up all the veggies and chicken. Saute veggies in 2 tbsp.olive oil and balsamic vinegar until tender. In a different pan pour remaining olive oil and cook sliced chicken with fajita mix for about 10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Warm tortillas, place ingredients on top- spirinkle a little feta and some sour cream if you like AND your ready for the yums!
