How to Make Cauliflower Tacos
- Chop the cauliflower in a food processor or use a hand grater to shred to small pieces.
- Chop onion, bell pepper and jalapeno in food processor or chop very fine.
- Spray skillet with olive oil spray and saute all ingredients. Saute until tender.
- Add taco seasoning and let cook on a low heat until mixture is soft and cauliflower has lost any crunch.
- Serve in crisp taco shells, soft tortillas, or taco salad. Enjoy.
