    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1
    yellow or white onion
  • 1 or 2
    red bell pepper
  • 1
    clove garlic
  • cumin
  • 2 oz
  • 3 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • flour tortillas

How To Make

    Slice onion, bell pepper in half. Smash garlic clove. Add Chicken,peppers,onion, garlic,cumin into a sturdy Ziplock bag. Add the tequila and the oil. Mix around to marinate.

    I've keeped this up to 3-4 days in the cooler/Refridge. Take it all out and grill over hot coals. As the chicken and veggies are on the grill make a foil pack and add your tortillas to warm on the grill as you prepare your servings. Slice it all up when done and serve in your warm tortillas with your favorite fillings. Suggesting, sliced avocados, sour cream.
