    bulk pork sausage
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • ·
    dash of ground cumin
  • ·
    dash of ground oregano
  • ·
    fresh parsley for garnish

How to Make BREAKFAST CHORIZO

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients, mixing well. Shape mixture into patties. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned, turning once. Drain well. Makes 6-8 servings.
