This is an awesome recipe to enhance your favorite Mexican meal. You can spoon this over cream cheese (or not)and serve with tortilla chips. I can promise that there won't be any leftover.

Ingredients
- 1-15 oz. can corn, drained
- 1-15oz. can black beans, rinsed
- 1 - tomato, chopped and seeded
- 1/2 - red onion, chopped
- 1 - jalapeno, chopped and seeded
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup italian dressing
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Step 1In large bowl, combine corn, black beans, tomato, onion, jalapeno, and garlic.

Step 2In small bowl, combine Italian dressing, cilantro, lime juice, hot sauce, and chili powder. Stir gently.

Step 3Pour over corn mixture and toss to coat.

Step 4Cover and refrigerate over night before serving.
