Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1/2 large bell pepper, chopped
- 3/4 cup uncooked white rice
- 2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 1 - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make beefy spanish rice

Step 1Heat oil in a large skillet. Add onion, bell pepper, and beef. Cook until groung beef is light brown.

Step 2Stir in rice, tomato sauce, water and remaining ingredients. Mix well and bring to a boil.

Step 3Cover and cook on low for 25 minutes or until rice is tender and the liquid is dissolved.
