Ingredients
- 4 cups baked tortilla chips
- 1 - 15 oz can black beans, drained
- 1/2 cup bottled hot salsa
- 2 cups reduced-fat, shredded mexican-style cheese
- 1/2 cup bottled, roasted red bell peppers, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons canned, sliced chile peppers
- - sour cream, as garnish
How To Make bean and cheese nachos

Step 1Heat oven to 425. Arrange chips on lg baking sheet.In small saucepan, combine black beans and salsa. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until heated through.

Step 2Spoon bean mix over chips. Sprinkle w/ cheese and chile peppers. Bake about 5 mins, or until cheese melts. Serve w/ sour cream.
