I love Meatloaf, there are so many ways to make it, every recipe one has is a good one. I like to play around with the ingredients. I came across Grill Mates on payday, I use their flavors all the time and everything I use with Grill Mates is delicious. I liked the new flavor(Limited Edition)Belgian-Style White Ale.
I decided to use it in my meatloaf tonight.
Moist and delicious. My sons loved it. Hope you try this one and enjoy it
with your family soon.

1- 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 (6 ounce) box stove top stuffing mix (any flavor)i used savory herbs stove top stuffing mix
1/2 cup water
2 eggs
1/3 cup ketchup
1/2 tsp basil leaves(great value)
1/2 tsp. original blend salt - salt free mrs. dash seasoning
1 tsp. grill mates new flavor-belgian-style white ale seasoning
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs.
1 - 2.5 oz pkg. onion soup mix(any brand)


1Pre-Heat oven to 350
Mix wet ingredients first in a large bowl and then add dry ingredients and mix well.
2Use a non stick spray for your loaf pan. 8x8 or slightly larger.
3Bake one hour. Cool 10 to 15 minutes before cutting.
4*** Use can add bbq sauce on top last 5 minutes of baking for a delicious flavor instead of kethcup.
