Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 22 squares)
- 1 1/4 pounds fully cooked diced ham
- 1 1/4 pounds ground bulk pork sausage
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1 + 2 T cups brown sugar
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
How To Make mini pork meatloafs

Step 1Combine eggs, milk and cracker crumbs; mix well. Add ham and pork, mix. I used Cumberland Gap ham.

Step 2When well mixed, shape into 8 mini meatloaf a or use mini tin.

Step 3Combine soup, sugar, vinegar and mustard. Drizzle over loafs. Half way through baking drizzle again.

Step 4Bake uncovered at 350 for one hour.
