This new meatloaf recipe I created is in the style of Buffalo wings, filled with blue cheese, sauteed vidalia onion, and ranch dressing.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 large vidalia sweet onion, peeled and sliced
- 3/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 cups crumbled blue cheese, divided
- 2 pounds ground round
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons steak seasoning
- 2 cups creamy wing sauce, divided
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard mixed with brown sugar
- 8 ounces Monterey jack cheese, shredded
How To Make buffalo meatloaf

Step 1Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced vonion and saute for 5 minutes until tender. Remove from heat, stir in ranch dressing, and set aside.

Step 2Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 3Coat a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. Add 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese.

Step 4In a large bowl, combine ground round, egg whites, bread crumbs, steak seasoning, 1 cup wing sauce, Dijon mustard/brown sugar mixture, sauteed onion mixture, remaining blue cheese and Monterey jack cheese. Mix well.

Step 5Transfer into a prepared loaf pan. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 40 minutes.

Step 6Remove from the oven and remove the foil. Spread with remaining wing sauce.

Step 7Return to the oven and continue bake for 15 minutes uncovered.

Step 8Let stand for 8 minutes before slicing.
