roasted chicken salad with walnuts
If you're like me you like foods with a robust flavor. And that's just what this recipe has. I love the crunchiness of the walnuts and the celery too. It makes a nice light summer sandwich. Hope you all enjoy.

- 1 pound precut chicken breast chunks
- 2 tablespoons mccormick perfect pinch rotisserie chicken seasoning
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2-3 tablespoons grated asiago cheese
- 3/4 cup mayonaise
How To Make roasted chicken salad with walnuts

Step 1preheat oven to 350 degrees. place chicken chunks in medium bowl. Sprinkle with McCormick seasoning. mix thoroughly

Step 2Put 2-3 Tablespoons olive oil in baking pan. place chicken chuncks in pan and cook in oven for 35 minutes.

Step 3Remove chicken from oven and chop into small pieces. Place in medium size bowl. Add onions, tomatoes, celery, walnuts. Mix well.

Step 4If desired sprinkle a little bit of the McCormack seasoning into mayonnaise. Mix into chicken mixture. add more mayonnaise if needed.

Step 5Enjoy alone or on your favorite bun or bread.
