This is awesome for a side or a main meal. We love this in the spring or summer. Especially when you pick them out of the garden. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 box
    spring mix salad
  • 1 box
    raspberries
  • 1 small
    feta cheese crumbles
  • 1 bag(s)
    walnuts glazed
  • 1 bunch
    horseradish
  • 4 fl
    raspberry vinaigrette (separate) into small cups)
  • 1 bag(s)
    bacon bits
  • 1 bag(s)
    salad crunchiest (your choice)

How to Make Raspberry Spring Mix Delight Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Make a bed of greens, radishes, feta, walnuts, raspberries,
  2. Sprinkle with bacon bits, salad sprinkles (crunchiest) your choice.
  3. Pour raspberry vinaigrette into separate cups
  4. Serve with water crackers. Dip fork into dressing then to salad, you can add sweet cherry tomatoes to it too.. Enjoy!
