    4 c green cabbage,finely shredded
  • ·
    1 c radishes,cut into matchsticks
  • ·
    3 green onions,sliced
  • ·
    1/4 to 1/3 c cilantro,chopped
  • ·
    1 serrano or jalapeno,minced
  • ·
    juice of 1 lemon
  • ·
    1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ·
    1/2 t. oregano
  • ·
    1/2 t. salt
  • ·
    1/4 t. pepper

How to Make Cilantro Slaw


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss with tongs, then taste for salt. Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving.
