Ingredients
- - 4 c green cabbage,finely shredded
- - 1 c radishes,cut into matchsticks
- - 3 green onions,sliced
- - 1/4 to 1/3 c cilantro,chopped
- - 1 serrano or jalapeno,minced
- - juice of 1 lemon
- - 1 tablespoon olive oil
- - 1/2 t. oregano
- - 1/2 t. salt
- - 1/4 t. pepper
How To Make cilantro slaw

Step 1Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss with tongs, then taste for salt. Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving.
