I saw this recipe on hispanickitchen.com and thought I would try it.I love cilantro.

Ingredients

4 c green cabbage,finely shredded
1 c radishes,cut into matchsticks
3 green onions,sliced
1/4 to 1/3 c cilantro,chopped
1 serrano or jalapeno,minced
juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 t. oregano
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper

Step-By-Step

1Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss with tongs, then taste for salt. Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving.
