Ingredients
- 1 pound deer burger (ground venison)
- 1 cup oatmeal (see option below)
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 3 - eggs, raw
- 1 cup fresh kale, chopped
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
How To Make deer burger meatloaf

Step 1In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except pizza sauce.

Step 2Press firmly into a bread pan or meatloaf pan.

Step 3Top with pizza sauce.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

Step 5Optional: You can add ground flax meal to this recipe. Use 1/4 cup and then only 3/4 c oatmeal. You can also include 1/2 cup shredded cheese into step one for extra melted goodness.
