2pie crusts homemade or refrigerated

HOT WATER PASTRY CRUST

2 cflour
-
3/4 cbuttermilk or whole milk

1 pinchsalt

4 Tbsplard(crisco)

3/4 cboiling water
How to Make Twrci Mewn Blanced(turkey pie)
- line a pie dish with a warm pastry pie crust(recipe included)
- Placed diced turkey, onion and the other vegetables cut up small in the crust with salt and pepper with stoick and gravy.
- Seal the pie with the top crust. Brush with beaten egg and bake i n moderate oven 350*F until browned and vegetables are cooked about 1 hour.
- HOT WATER PASTRY CRUST
- MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN FOOD PROCESSOR OR STAND MIXER UNTIL IT RESEMBLES CORASE MEAL
- Slowly add water to the dough and continue mixing until you have a smooth dough
- Roll out and make two crusts.
