Ingredients
- 1 pound cold turkey cubed
- 4 small onions chopped
- 1 - leek chopped
- 1 - carrot chopped
- 1 - rutagbaga or turnip chopped
- 4 small potatoes chopped
- - salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup stock
- 1 cup gravy
- 2 - pie crusts homemade or refrigerated
- HOT WATER PASTRY CRUST
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup buttermilk or whole milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 tablespoons lard(crisco)
- 3/4 cup boiling water
How To Make twrci mewn blanced(turkey pie)

Step 1line a pie dish with a warm pastry pie crust(recipe included)

Step 2Placed diced turkey, onion and the other vegetables cut up small in the crust with salt and pepper with stoick and gravy.

Step 3Seal the pie with the top crust. Brush with beaten egg and bake i n moderate oven 350*F until browned and vegetables are cooked about 1 hour.

Step 4HOT WATER PASTRY CRUST

Step 5MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN FOOD PROCESSOR OR STAND MIXER UNTIL IT RESEMBLES CORASE MEAL

Step 6Slowly add water to the dough and continue mixing until you have a smooth dough
