Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked, diced turkey
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup broth or water
  • 1/4 cup prepared mustard
  • 2 cups hot cooked rice

How To Make turkey with rice

  • Step 1
    Spread diced turkey in a large skillet; season to taste. Mix together honey, broth or water and mustard. Pour over turkey and mix. Saute turkey mixture in skillet, stirring lightly. Spoon over hot rice. Serve at once. Makes 4 servings.
