Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 small green bell pepper, diced
- 1 - stalk celery, diced
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 cups crushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash hot sauce, or more to your liking
- 4 - toasted hamburger buns
How To Make turkey sloppy joe's

Step 1Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add onion, green bell pepper and celery. Cook, stirring until soft.

Step 2Add ground turkey and cook, stirring until browned. Add tomatoes, brown sugar, mustard, worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.

Step 3Bring to a simmer, reduce heat and cook until mix is thickened, about 10 mins. Serve over buns.
