Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ready made salsa
- 2 tablespoons light sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon canola oil
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 8 ounces ground turkey breast
- 1 - plum tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 4 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat, shredded mexican style cheese
How To Make the best healthy taco salad

Step 1In lg bowl, stir together salsa and sour cream, set aside. Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook 2 mins.

Step 2Add ground turkey, cook until browned. Add tomatoes, beans, cumin, and chili powder. Cook 2 mins, stirring. Remove from heat. Stir in 2 tbsp salsa mix.

Step 3Add lettuce to remaining salsa mix, toss to coat. Divide lettuce between 2 plates. Top w/ turkey mix. Sprinkle w/ cheese.
