This is a good recipe for leftover turkey, which has been requested every year by my family the day after Thanksgiving.Everybody loves the touch of spice in this dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover turkey meat
  • 3 - green onions, chopped
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1-2 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • - olive oil for fry

How To Make thai turkey

  • Step 1
    Coarsely shred turkey meat. Thinly slice green onion and cut red pepper into 1 inch long thin strips.
  • Step 2
    In small bowl, mix garlic, soy sauce, cilantro, honey, curry powder, sesame oil, corn starch, crushed red pepper, and water until well blended.
  • Step 3
    Saute the red pepper and green onion in a 10 inch skillet over high heat, stirring frequently,until vegetables are tender.
  • Step 4
    Stir in shredded turkey meat and fry until warm. Stir in liquid mixture stirring to coat well.Cook for 3 minutes.Add little water, if too thick.Serve over steamed rice and leftover sweet potato.
