It started as one thing and I just decided to play around with it and made something pretty amazing for a spanish style diner.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds 97/3 ground turkey
  • 3/4 - green bell pepper
  • 3\4 - red bell pepper
  • 1/2 - white onion
  • 1/2 cup jalapeno
  • 3 tablespoons garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 cans tomato paste

How To Make taco or burrito filler

  • Step 1
    Finely chop all produce and combine with turkey meat in a large bowl.
  • Step 2
    Mix by hand until all ingredients are evenly spread through the turkey.
  • Step 3
    Cook in a large pan on medium heat covered until the turkey is cooked through.
  • Step 4
    Put it in your taco shells or burrito wraps, eat it however you like.
