sausage and cabbage stir fry
I am trying to cook healthier (you can't tell by all the desserts I have posted). I came up with this one night and we loved it. We have made it several times now. A quick, one-dish meal.

Ingredients
- 1 - head of cabbage sliced
- 1 package butterball turkey smoked sausage
- 3 - green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup low sodium vegetable broth (or chicken)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
How To Make sausage and cabbage stir fry

Step 1Heat oil and add cabbage. Stir fry for several minutes until it starts to soften up. Add vegetable broth, as you need it, to steam the cabbage a bit.

Step 2Add the sliced sausage and green onion. Stir fry and add more broth, as needed.

Step 3Add a pinch of salt and some cracked black pepper. Let steam for a bit with a lid on.

Step 4Serve it up.
