When I tried this recipe I couldn't believe the great flavor it had. This recipe by far beats any turkey in the past that I have cooked and it's a lot healthier.

Ingredients

  • 2 - turkey breasts (6 lbs total)
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups white wine
  • 2 cups low sodium chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup carrots chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery chopped
  • 4 - garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 cup minced onions
  • 5 sprigs fresh thyme chopped
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 5 - fresh sage leaves, chopped
  • 1 bunch italian parsley, chopped
  • 4 - bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon whole black peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt substitute
