- 2 - turkey breasts (6 lbs total)
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups white wine
- 2 cups low sodium chicken stock
- 1/4 cup carrots chopped
- 1/4 cup celery chopped
- 4 - garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 cup minced onions
- 5 sprigs fresh thyme chopped
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
- 5 - fresh sage leaves, chopped
- 1 bunch italian parsley, chopped
- 4 - bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon whole black peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt substitute
