Ingredients

1 lb
ground turkey
1 pkg
taco seasoning mix
oil for light frying
2 Tbsp
water
8 small
lo-carb flour tortillas
1
16 oz can refried beans
2-1/3 c
favorite salsa
1 c
reduced-fat, shredded mexiacn cheese
1/4 c
chopped tomatoes
1/4 c
chopped green onion

How to Make Lo-fat mexican pizza

Step-by-Step

  • 1In bowl, combine broken up ground turkey, taco seasoning and water. Spray a skillet w/ cooking spray. Brown ground turkey mis.
  • 2Remove turkey to a bowl. Heat oil in skillet over med-high heat. Fry tortillas, one at a time, 30 seconds per side. Drain on paper towels.
  • 3Spread some beans, them turkey mix, then salsa over 4 tortilla. Spread chees, tomatoes and onions over other 4 tortillas. Stack the cheese tortilla over the beans spread tortilla. Place on a broiler pan. Broil until cheese melts.
