Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- - oil for light frying
- 2 tablespoons water
- 8 small lo-carb flour tortillas
- 1 - 16 oz can refried beans
- 2-1/3 cup favorite salsa
- 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded mexiacn cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
How To Make lo-fat mexican pizza

Step 1In bowl, combine broken up ground turkey, taco seasoning and water. Spray a skillet w/ cooking spray. Brown ground turkey mis.

Step 2Remove turkey to a bowl. Heat oil in skillet over med-high heat. Fry tortillas, one at a time, 30 seconds per side. Drain on paper towels.

Step 3Spread some beans, them turkey mix, then salsa over 4 tortilla. Spread chees, tomatoes and onions over other 4 tortillas. Stack the cheese tortilla over the beans spread tortilla. Place on a broiler pan. Broil until cheese melts.
