I wanted salisbury steak, but wanted to make it healthier. This is what I came up with.

Ingredients

1-1/2 lb
ground turkey
2
scallions, finely chopped
1/4 c
bread crumbs
1
egg
1 Tbsp
yellow mus
1
12 oz jar fat-free beef gravy
1/2 c
water
2 tsp
prepared horseradish
1/2 lb
sliced fresh mushrooms

How to Make Healthy sailbury steak

Step-by-Step

  • 1Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine ground turkey, scallions, bread crumbs, egg and mustard.
  • 2Mix well. Shape into 4-1/2" oval patties. Heat skillet over medium high heat. Cook patties about 4-5 mins each side.
  • 3Add gravy, water, horseradish and mushrooms. Cook 5 mins.
