Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pound ground turkey
- 2 - scallions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 - egg
- 1 tablespoon yellow mus
- 1 - 12 oz jar fat-free beef gravy
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
How To Make healthy sailbury steak

Step 1Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine ground turkey, scallions, bread crumbs, egg and mustard.

Step 2Mix well. Shape into 4-1/2" oval patties. Heat skillet over medium high heat. Cook patties about 4-5 mins each side.

Step 3Add gravy, water, horseradish and mushrooms. Cook 5 mins.
