  • 1-1/4 lb
    ground turkey breast
  • 3/4 c
    plain bread crumbs
  • 1 large
  • 3/4 c
  • 1 tsp
    salt, divided
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1
    28 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 1/4 c
    light brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 large
    head green cabbage, shredded

How to Make Easy stuffed cabbage


  1. In lg bowl, combine turkey, bread crumb, egg, 1/4 cup water, 1/2 tsp salt and pepper. Form into 1" meatballs. In another bowl, combine tomatoes, brown sugar, worcestshire sauce, lemon juice, remaining salt and water, mix well.
  2. In lg pot, place 1/2 the cabbage into pot. Add meatballs and 1/2 the tomato mix. Top w/ remaining cabbage and tomato mix. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer 20 mins, stir gently, simmer 40 more mins.
