Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons fat-free plain greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chipotle tobasco
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 16-oz bags cole slaw mix
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- - onion (optional)
- 1 20-oz cans pineapple tidbits, well drained
- 1 can tiny shrimp
- 1 8-oz bags italian five-cheese blend
- 1 18-ct boxes taco shells
- - avocados (optional)
How To Make shrimp tacos

Step 1Mix first five ingredients in a small mixing bowl with a whisk.

Step 2Combine slaw mix, cilantro, pineapple, shrimp, and cheese in a large bowl and toss well (or omit shrimp and cheese to top just prior to serving).

Step 3Pour dressing mixture over the slaw mix and stir until coated.

Step 4Serve in taco shells.

Step 5Serve with sliced avocados, if desired.
