This recipe is super easy to make and is just right for a light lunch. You can substitute picante or taco sauce for the salsa, but I like the extra veggies and texture.

How to Make Lettuce Tacos


  1. Spread 2 tablespoons of sour cream over each tortilla. Sprinkle half of the cheese over each tortilla, covering all of the sour cream.
  2. Sprinkle half of the lettuce down the center of each tortilla.
  3. Cover each tortilla with 1 tablespoon of salsa. Roll up each tortilla.
