Ingredients
- 1/3 cup kraft salad dressing
- 1 - egg
- 1 1/2 cups soft white brad crumbs
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 2 medium green onion chopped
- 2 - refridgerated containers (8oz) each pasteurized lump crabmeat
- 1/4 cup unseasoned dry breadcrumbs
- - veg oil for frying
How To Make speedy crab cakes

Step 1In medium bowl,mix salad dressing and egg with a whisk.Gently stir in remaining ingredients except the dry breadcrumbs and oil so that crabmeat doesnt break apart into small pieces. shape mixture into 6 patties( mixture will be moist). Coat each patty with dry bread crumbs.

Step 2In a medium non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat about 3 tablespoons. cook patties in oil about ten minutes turning once, until golden brown. reduce heat if pattys are getting to brown to quickly. serve
