    backfin crabmeat1
  • 1/2
    green pepper, diced
  • 1 large
  • 4 oz
    v-8 tomato juice
  • 1 c
    celery, diced
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • dash(es)
    salt and pepper

How to Make Simple Crabmeat New Orleans


  1. Place all ingredients (except the crab) in a sauce pan and simmer until vegetables are tender (about 20 minutes)
  2. Add crab and heat.
    Enjoy !
