This is soooo good and soooo easy to fix up. I marinate the shrimp in Lawrys Sesame Ginger Sauce but you could use any sauce that you like to marinate the shrimp in.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 lb
    peeled and deviened large shrimp
  • 3 clove
    garlic
  • 1/2 c
    lawrys sesame ginger sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter or oil if preffered
  • 1 Tbsp
    seasoned salt or cajun seasoning to taste
  • 1 medium
    sweet onion

How to Make Shrimp in Sesame Ginger Sauce and Garlic

Step-by-Step

  1. peel and devein the shrimp, place in a bowl. mix in the Marinating sauce and set aside.
  2. Mince the garlic, or use already prepared garlic from a jar (it is a lot easier and saves time.) mince/chop the onion
  3. Melting the butter in a hot pan, add the garlic and onion till it just starts to turn brown than add in the shrimp, letting the outsides of the shrimp sear. Mixing shrimp well with the garlic and onion .
  4. Serve over yellow rice Goes especially well with a cold white wine
