Ingredients

1 lb
crab meat, flaked
1 c
soft bread crumbs
1 Tbsp
mustard
2 Tbsp
mayonnaise
1
egg
salt and pepper to taste
dash of cayenne pepper

How to Make MARYLAND CRAB CAKES

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all ingredients together. Shape into about 10 cakes. Fry cakes in mixture of butter and oil until browned. Drain on paper towels. Makes about 6 servings.
