Ingredients For maryland crab cakes

  • 1 lb
    crab meat, flaked
  • 1 c
    soft bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp
    mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1
    egg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • dash of cayenne pepper

How To Make maryland crab cakes

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together. Shape into about 10 cakes. Fry cakes in mixture of butter and oil until browned. Drain on paper towels. Makes about 6 servings.
