  • 1 medium
    lobster tail
  • 1/2 lb
    butter, melted
  • 2 tsp
    parsley flakes

How to Make Lobster tail at home

Step-by-Step

  1. Place lobster tail - hard side shell up on cutting board or in pan. Cut directly down the middle of the shell, leaving 1 inch uncut.
  2. Loosen meat from the shell. Pull the meat up on top of the shell leaving meat attached to end of tail on bottom 1 inch you left uncut.
  3. Slash the meat of the lobster tail crossways about 1/2 way in 6 times - evenly down exposed tail.
  4. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees, basting with melted butter every 5 minutes.
  5. Serve with drawn butter
