Ingredients For italian seafood

3 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 lbhaddock or cod, cut into 2"-pieces

1/2 cwhite wine or seafood broth

12 ozbag frozen okra
-
2 lgtomatoes, chopped

1 cchopped onion
-
1 Tbspminced garlic
-
1 Tbspchopped parsley
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 lbcooked medium shrimp

1 lbcleaned mussels
-
26 oz cans chopped clams w/ juice
How To Make italian seafood

1In lg pot, over med-high heat, cook fish in oil until lightly browned. Add wine, okra, tomatoes, onion, garlic, parsley, salt and shrimp.

2Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 5 mins. Add mussels, and clams w/ juices. Cook until mussels open, discard any that don't open.

3Serve in bowls w/ crusty italian bread or over linguini.
