Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 pound haddock or cod, cut into 2"-pieces
  • 1/2 cup white wine or seafood broth
  • 12 ounces bag frozen okra
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound cooked medium shrimp
  • 1 pound cleaned mussels
  • 2 - 6 oz cans chopped clams w/ juice

How To Make italian seafood

  • Step 1
    In lg pot, over med-high heat, cook fish in oil until lightly browned. Add wine, okra, tomatoes, onion, garlic, parsley, salt and shrimp.
  • Step 2
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 5 mins. Add mussels, and clams w/ juices. Cook until mussels open, discard any that don't open.
  • Step 3
    Serve in bowls w/ crusty italian bread or over linguini.
