Ingredients

3 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
1 lb
haddock or cod, cut into 2"-pieces
1/2 c
white wine or seafood broth
12 oz
bag frozen okra
2 large
tomatoes, chopped
1 c
chopped onion
1 Tbsp
minced garlic
1 Tbsp
chopped parsley
1/2 tsp
salt
1 lb
cooked medium shrimp
1 lb
cleaned mussels
2
6 oz cans chopped clams w/ juice

How to Make Italian seafood

Step-by-Step

  • 1In lg pot, over med-high heat, cook fish in oil until lightly browned. Add wine, okra, tomatoes, onion, garlic, parsley, salt and shrimp.
  • 2Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 5 mins. Add mussels, and clams w/ juices. Cook until mussels open, discard any that don't open.
  • 3Serve in bowls w/ crusty italian bread or over linguini.
