Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 pound haddock or cod, cut into 2"-pieces
- 1/2 cup white wine or seafood broth
- 12 ounces bag frozen okra
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound cooked medium shrimp
- 1 pound cleaned mussels
- 2 - 6 oz cans chopped clams w/ juice
How To Make italian seafood

Step 1In lg pot, over med-high heat, cook fish in oil until lightly browned. Add wine, okra, tomatoes, onion, garlic, parsley, salt and shrimp.

Step 2Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 5 mins. Add mussels, and clams w/ juices. Cook until mussels open, discard any that don't open.

Step 3Serve in bowls w/ crusty italian bread or over linguini.
