Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp
    ginger, fresh grinded
  • 1 small
    red onion, finely chopped
  • 6 clove
    garlic, finely chopped
  • 3
    chinese hot peppers, whole
  • 2 Tbsp
    oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp
    franks hot sauce
  • 2 lb
    shrimp, shelled
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley, chinese or italian
  • ·
    salt and pepper, to taste
  • SERVER OVER RICE

How to Make Filipino Chili Shrimp

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan add Hot pepper, ginger, red onion and wait add the garic after a few minutes sauté until the onion is a translucent gold
  2. Add Oyster and hot sauce then the shrimp. Just cook the shrimp till forms a "C" if they get to a "J" they will be over cooked.
  3. Add Chinese parsley and server over rice. A nice white Wine will go great with this dish.
