Filipino Chili Shrimp
2 Tbspginger, fresh grinded
1 smallred onion, finely chopped
6 clovegarlic, finely chopped
3chinese hot peppers, whole
2 Tbspoyster sauce
2 tspfranks hot sauce
2 lbshrimp, shelled
2 Tbspparsley, chinese or italian
·salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make Filipino Chili Shrimp
- Heat the olive oil in a saucepan add Hot pepper, ginger, red onion and wait add the garic after a few minutes sauté until the onion is a translucent gold
- Add Oyster and hot sauce then the shrimp. Just cook the shrimp till forms a "C" if they get to a "J" they will be over cooked.
- Add Chinese parsley and server over rice. A nice white Wine will go great with this dish.
