Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ginger, fresh grinded
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 - chinese hot peppers, whole
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons franks hot sauce
  • 2 pounds shrimp, shelled
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chinese or italian
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
  • SERVER OVER RICE

How To Make filipino chili shrimp

  • Step 1
    Heat the olive oil in a saucepan add Hot pepper, ginger, red onion and wait add the garic after a few minutes sauté until the onion is a translucent gold
  • Step 2
    Add Oyster and hot sauce then the shrimp. Just cook the shrimp till forms a "C" if they get to a "J" they will be over cooked.
  • Step 3
    Add Chinese parsley and server over rice. A nice white Wine will go great with this dish.
