Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons ginger, fresh grinded
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 3 - chinese hot peppers, whole
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons franks hot sauce
- 2 pounds shrimp, shelled
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chinese or italian
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- SERVER OVER RICE
How To Make filipino chili shrimp

Step 1Heat the olive oil in a saucepan add Hot pepper, ginger, red onion and wait add the garic after a few minutes sauté until the onion is a translucent gold

Step 2Add Oyster and hot sauce then the shrimp. Just cook the shrimp till forms a "C" if they get to a "J" they will be over cooked.

Step 3Add Chinese parsley and server over rice. A nice white Wine will go great with this dish.
