- 3 cans clams, chopped
- 12 - clams
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 cups white wine
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 5 - garlic cloves, smashed
- - salt/pepper
- - chopped fresh parsley to top
How To Make clams in wine garlic sauce

Step 1In a large skillet, melt butter with the olive oil...(this will prevent butter from burning)..on low

Step 2add the rest of the ingredients (don't drain the clams in cans)except the parsley...cover and simmer for 15 mins..until all flavors combine and clams open.

Step 3Garnish with parsley and serve over any pasta...or alone with crusty bread...
