How To Make best shrimp salad
-
Step 1In a large bowl pour the Asian salad mix in and lightly toss to separate any pieces that got packed down during storage. Add drained sliced black olives, almonds, and asiago cheese. Mix well.
-
Step 2If you got the frozen shrimp with the tails attached, pull them off. Nothing worse than biting into a tail shell when you're trying to enjoy this tasty salad. Mix in with salad.
-
Step 3Take 3/4 cup of the Asian (sesame) dressing and mix with mayonnaise. For a slightly spicy flavor, add red pepper, or Tony's seasoning. Pour over salad or serve separately. Sprinkle tortilla strips on salad, or you can serve them separately as well.
-
Step 4I like to serve steamed corn tortillas with melted cheese, rolled up. Makes a nice side to this salad. An alternative to the mayonnaise is Ranch Dressing. If you can find the guacomole ranch that's the best!!
