- 6 - croissants
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast, cubed
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 bottle kikkoman teriyaki baste & glaze
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- - cooking spray
How To Make teriyaki chicken croissant sandwiches

Step 1Cover pan with cooking spray. Add cubed chicken and cook on med-high until liquid runs clear. Drain liquid, return chicken to pan. Add teriyaki and cook 3-5 minutes for the chicken to soak up the teriyaki goodness.

Step 2To make sandwiches, slice croissant in half. Spread one tablespoon of mayo on bottom half, cover may with 1/4 cup cabbage. Add 1/6 of the chicken portion.
