I prefer to use mixed ground turkey meat instead of the all-white, it makes for a moister burger!

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground turkey
  • 2
    green onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    white wine and herb chicken marinade
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt with parsley
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 6
    french hamburger buns, toasted

  • ·
    gourmet mixed lettuce leaf
  • ·
    sliced avocado
  • ·
    horseradish dijon mayonnaise

How to Make Tangy Turkey Burgers


  1. Gently combine first 5 ingredients. Shape mixture into 6 (4-inch) patties.
  2. Heat a cast-iron grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook patties in pan 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until done. You can also cook them on your outside grill.
  3. Serve burgers on buns with desired toppings.
