Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground turkey, or lean ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 2/3 c
    water
  • 1 lb
    frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 2 c
    shredded, mexican cheese blend

How to Make School lunch taco roll-ups

Step-by-Step

  1. In skillet, over med-high heat, brown turkey. Add taco seasoning mix and water. Cook until thickened.
  2. Roll bread dough on floured surface, into a rectangle. Spread turkey mix over dough. Roll up, starting w/ long end. Pinch seam to seal.
  3. Slice into 1"-thick rolls. Lightly spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Place rolls on baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 25 mins. Serve w/ salsa or sour cream.
