This is a good, healthy, filling sandwich that goes great with chips or a pickle.

FOR SPICY MAYONNAISE

2 Tbsp
lite mayonnaise
2 tsp
finely chopped cilantro
2 tsp
finely chopped serrano chile
1/2 tsp
garlic salt
1/2 tsp
onion salt
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1 tsp
lemon juice

Step-by-Step

  • 1While bacon is frying, slice vegetables for sandwich and set aside. Move bacon to paper towels to drain when crispy.
  • 2Place bread in toaster & mix mayonnaise with seasonings, stir well.
  • 3Dress & build sandwich, enjoy!
