It's just about fall here, so I'll be making this roast soon enough. The cola gives it a wonderful taste, very easy to make the gravy too.

Ingredients

  • 3 lb
    pork shoulder butt
  • 1
    12 oz can cola, i used pepsi
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg
    dry onion soup mix

How to Make Slow-cooked cola pork roast

Step-by-Step

  1. Place roast in cooker. In bowl, mix both soups, mix in cola, whisk well.
  2. Pour over roast. Cook on high for 4 hrs, or until tender. Remove roast. Thicken juices in cooker w/ a little cornstarch for a gravy.
