It's just about fall here, so I'll be making this roast soon enough. The cola gives it a wonderful taste, very easy to make the gravy too.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds pork shoulder butt
- 1 - 12 oz can cola, i used pepsi
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
How To Make slow-cooked cola pork roast

Step 1Place roast in cooker. In bowl, mix both soups, mix in cola, whisk well.

Step 2Pour over roast. Cook on high for 4 hrs, or until tender. Remove roast. Thicken juices in cooker w/ a little cornstarch for a gravy.
