Blue Ribbon Recipe
This recipe for roasted beef is super yummy. Honestly, I have never thought about using a tomato base to cook a roast like this. The tomato soup mingles with all the dried herbs. Fresh onion is really a nice touch to the sauce and adds flavor to the meat. The sauce is so good, I recommend pouring over the sliced meat. I used the slow cooker method and it was so easy. Your family and friends will love this easy dinner recipe.

How to Make Roasted Beef
- Roast at 350 degrees in the oven, until desired amount of done-ness, rare, medium or well done. You can use a slow cooker, by using the high setting for three to four hours, or the lower setting for 6-8 hours. I've used my big slow cooker to cook two at a time, for two hours at 450 degrees, very successfully. ENJOY!
