Ingredients

  • 4
    rib-end pork chops
  • 2/3 c
    pineapple juice
  • 3
    limes, zested and juiced
  • 1 Tbsp
    molasses
  • 1 tsp
    worchestershire sauce
  • 2
    garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh ginger, minced
  • 3/4 tsp
    ground allspice
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt

How to Make Tropical Pineapple & Lime Pork Chops

Step-by-Step

  1. Place pork chops in a large plastic bag or sealable container. Zest lime from 2 limes and reserve. Squeeze juice from all 3 limes and combine with remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Seal and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight, turning chops occasionally.
  2. Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove chops from marinade and discard marinade. Place chops on grill, close lid and cook 6-8 minutes per side.
  3. Top with grated lime zest. Serve with grilled sweet potato wedges and a nice salad.
